At Kokensparger & Ryan, LLC, we offer numerous options in developing prenuptial agreements that are tailored to suit the needs of the individual client.

We also prepare cohabitation and co-parenting agreements for same-sex unions and those who are not planning to marry so that their rights are protected to the fullest extent provided by law. 

 

Divorce, Dissolutions, and Legal Separations

We also offer representation in a legal separation or in the termination of a marital relationship whether it is by dissolution, contested divorce, or annulment.  

If the parties are in full agreement regarding the terms of a dissolution, Kokensparger & Ryan, LLC can be engaged to represent one of the parties to the action and to prepare all necessary paperwork to facilitate the resolution that the parties are seeking.  In fact, the office includes the appointment of a private judge to handle the final hearing at the Kokensparger & Ryan, LLC Office whenever possible so that the parties do not need to appear in the courthouse.  All for a reasonable flat fee.

Child Custody, Parenting Time, and Companionship Services

Kokensparger & Ryan, LLC prides itself on providing the best possible representation for parents, grandparents, relatives, and step-parents in contested custody litigation.  Steven Kokensparger lectures frequently on custody related topics for the Ohio State Bar Association and has served on national child endangerment panels.  Corinne N. Ryan is a frequent lecturer to staffs at local hospitals, in seminars, and other venues on the topic of adoptions.
